Office Assistant – Construction (Full-Time / Part-Time)
Big Dog Construction is seeking an Office Assistant to support daily operations in a busy construction office. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, route calls, and greet customers

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with field crews

  • Data entry (work orders, invoices, job files)

  • Maintain digital and paper filing systems

  • Assist with customer updates, emails, and follow-ups

  • Support basic bookkeeping tasks (as needed): invoices, receipts, vendor coordination

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

  • Construction, HVAC, trades, or contractor office experience preferred but not required
